The Thunder attempted a comeback in fourth quarter, and with 37 seconds left in the game, Thunder's Kevin Durant made a three-pointer to cut the deficit, 98–96. After the Heat failed to score on their next possession, Kevin Durant missed a jump shot along the baseline that would have tied the game. LeBron James led the Heat with 32 points.
